  • How can I book a parking space and how can I pay?


    On our homepage, click on “BOOK NOW” and enter your details, the exact duration, and your license plate number. When you click “BOOK” you will be forwarded to the payment and checkout page, where you can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club), Sofort or Paypal. By booking you also accept our terms and conditions. After successful payment we will send you a confirmation of the booking and the invoice by e-mail.
    Cash payment at the parking lot is only possible at our parking lot in Michael-Neumann-Gasse and only one day tickets can be purchased. Alternatively, you can also pay with the HANDYPARKEN APP. Cash payment will be possible on our other parking lots at the beginning of 2022.

  • Can I also book using my mobile phone?


    Yes – our website is optimized for mobile devices. So you can also book your parking space directly on site or while you are on the road via your smartphone. However, we recommend booking in advance as we are often fully booked.

  • Do I have to arrive at the parking lot on time?


    At our P&R parking lots there are only daily or monthly rates. So you do not have to be at the parking lot at a specific time. If you have booked a parking space in advance a parking space is always kept free for you.

  • How can I enter the parking lot?


    The car park is freely accessible and you can enter or leave at any time.

  • How are the vehicles checked?


    We check the vehicles several times a day and have an additional monitoring system. The check is carried out on the basis of the license plate number given at the time of booking – so please make sure that the correct license plate number is given.

  • I have mistyped the license plate number or come with another vehicle – how can I correct this?


    Please send us an email to – we will gladly change the license plate number or the license plate number and the vehicle free of charge.

  • Will I be allocated a specific parking lot when I book?


    You will not be assigned a specific pitch, you can choose any pitch you like. If you book in advance, we guarantee a free pitch on the booked parking lot.

  • What is the minimum rental period?


    The minimum rental period is one day (0-24h). Within the booked calendar day you can stay on the parking lot as long as you want – whether it is one or ten hours. Since the vehicles are checked via license plate, you can drive in and out as often as you want during your booked period.

  • What is the maximum rental period?


    The maximum rental period is 6 months. We can offer longer rental periods at special conditions on request.

  • How long does it take to walk from the parking lot to the next station?


    This depends on which Parktiger parking lot you are parking. If you calculate for the way from the parking lot to the next station about 5 minutes, you are in any case on the safe side.

  • When is a contract concluded?


    A rental contract is concluded by clicking on the button “Book” on the checkout page. At the same time you also accept our terms and conditions.

  • Can I also pay directly at the parking lot?


    Yes – if you have a smartphone with internet access you can book online via our website. Cash payment at the parking lot is only possible at our parking lot in Michael-Neumann-Gasse and only one day tickets can be purchased. However, we recommend you to book your parking space in advance as we are often fully occupied, especially on weekdays.

  • Can I extend or cancel my booking?


    Yes – just send us an email:
    You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the parking starts. To extend your booking, simply add the extra days on our website or send us an email.

  • Can I book several parking spaces at once?


    Yes – after every booking you have the possibility to book another parking space.

  • How much is the rental price for a parking space?


    Our price is unbeatable: from € 3,49 per day.
    The monthly ticket starts at only € 59,99!

  • When will my credit card, my bank account or similar be charged when I make a booking?


    When a booking is triggered, your account, PayPal account or credit card will be charged shortly after.
