1. Payment
After you entered all data for a new booking, you will be taken to the payment page. Payments are possible with credit card, Paypal or Sofort. Alternatively, you can also pay with the Parktiger or Handyparken App. Cash payment on site is possible for day tickets that are only valid on the same day (coin-operated machine).
2. Bills
After the successful payment we will send you a confirmation mail containing a copy of the invoice (in case of cash payment the parking ticket as an invoice). If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact help@parktiger.at.
3. Refunds
Unfortunately, cancellation and refund is not possible on our P&R parking lots due to system technical reasons.
