Payment, bills and refunds

1. Payment

After you entered all data for a new booking, you will be taken to the payment page. Payments are possible with credit card, Paypal or Sofort. Alternatively, you can also pay with the HANDYPARKEN APP. A cash payment on site is only possible for day tickets which are valid on the same day (the parking ticket machine is located on the the upper parking lot at the end of Michael-Neumann-Gasse).
At the P&R parking lot in Aspern and Hetzendorf, an physical ticket machine where you can pay with cash will not be available until early 2022.

2. Bills

After the successful payment we will send you a confirmation mail containing a copy of the invoice (in case of cash payment the parking ticket as an invoice). If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact

3. Refunds

If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, you will receive the full amount refunded. For cancellations at short notice we have to keep 100% of the parking fee.
