How it Works

1. Search

Please indicate the duration of your stay on our website and check the availability of our parking spaces.

You will be shown in real time all available parking lots and their prices.

2. Book

Choose the desired parking space and pay the parking space easily by credit card, Paypal or Sofort.

We will send you a confirmation email including the invoice after the booking is completed. Alternatively, you can also pay with the HANDYPARKEN APP.

3. Parking

Park your vehicle on the parking lot. There is no allocated parking space, but be sure to park in the designated bays, so that other customers can still have space.

The parking lot is checked regularly – please make sure to specify the correct license plate when booking – as this is the basis for the identification of the car.

Of course you can also book by mobile phone directly on the parking lot, but please do not leave the vehicle without a valid booking, as we unfortunately have to issue a penalty for false parkers.

4. Change your booking

You decide to extend your stay? No problem – book the additional day(s) simply online. We recommend to book the extension as soon as possible, as we are sometimes fully booked and then an online booking will not be possible.

5. Cancel your booking

Unfortunately, cancellation and refund is not possible on our P&R parking lots due to system technical reasons.
