  • How can I book a parking space and how can I pay?

    Please enter the start (date and time) and end (date and time) of your parking period on our website. You will be shown the availability and the price. After you have chosen the parking lot you just have to enter a few dates and you will be redirected to the payment page, where you can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Sofort or Paypal. By booking you also accept our terms and conditions. After successful payment we will send you a confirmation of the booking and the invoice by e-mail.

    Cash payments on the parking lots are not possible!

  • Can I also book using my mobile phone?

    Yes – our website is optimized for mobile devices. So you can also book directly on site as well. However, we recommend that you book in advance, as we are often fully booked on weekends.

  • Do I have to be exactly on time when I arrive at the parking lot?
    Please provide your arrival and pickup times based on realistic estimates. It does not matter if you are not 100% exactly on time. If you are more than 2 hours late or earlier at the parking lot when you park your car, we ask you to inform us and write a short email to help@parktiger.at.
  • How do I get into the parking lot?
    Based on your booking we will see your arrival time and make sure that the outer gate will be open. We also plan enough time here, so you don’t have to be exactly on time.
  • How are the vehicles checked?
    We check the vehicles several times a day and also have a monitoring system. The check is made on the basis of the number plate indicated at the time of booking – please make sure that the correct number plate is indicated.
  • I have made a typo when I entered the license plate / I will come with another vehicle – how can I correct this?
    Please send us an email to help@parktiger.at – we will change the license plate or license plate and the vehicle for free.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    Flight delays unfortunately happen and sometimes you cannot make it back to the parking lot in time. For deviations of more than 2 hours, we ask you to inform us or write a short email to help@parktiger.at. In the worst case, if you do not make it back to the parking lot the next day or even later, we have to charge the extra days afterwards at the regular price.
  • Do I have to park the vehicle on a specific parking spot with a specific number?
    You will not be assigned a specific parking spot and the parking spot can be chosen freely (the numbers on site are for guidance only). When you make the reservation in advance we guarantee that you will find a free parking space.
  • What is the minimum rental period?

    The minimum rental period is 15 minutes. However, we calculate with full calendar days, which means you will be charged one full day also when you stay just 15 minutes.

  • What is the maximum rental period?

    The maximum rental period is 6 months. We can offer longer rental periods on request.

  • How long before departure should I arrive at the parking lot?

    We recommend to inform yourself in advance about the transfer options and schedule the time accordingly. If you choose the transfer by commuter train, you should pick a specific train connection and also consider the way from the parking lot to the station (Parktiger 1: about 5 minutes, Parktiger 2: about 6 minutes). Please also follow the recommendation of your airline.

  • How long is the way to the airport?

    The transfer time varies depending on the selected transfer. An overview can be found on the first page of www.parktiger.at. Please take into account the footpath to the train station (depending on the parking lot 5-6 minutes) and the footpath from the airport train station to the terminal (about 10 minutes, depending on the departure terminal).

  • When is a contract concluded?

    A rental contract is concluded by clicking on the button “Book” on the checkout page. At the same time you also accept our terms and conditions.

  • Can I also pay directly at the parking lot?

    Yes – if you have a smartphone with Internet access you can conveniently book online through our website. However, there is no possibility to pay at a vending machine or staff member on site. We recommend to book your parking space in advance, as especially on weekends we are often fully booked.

  • Can I extend or cancel my booking?

    Yes – just send us an email: help@parktiger.at. The change or cancellation of the booking is possible until 24 hours before the start of the parking period. In order to extend bookings, please book the additional day(s) simply via our website or write us an email. If you extend the booking through our website, please choose as a start time midnight, so that you will not be charged twice for the day you already paid with your existing booking. The system then automatically identifies with your information that the two bookings belong together.

  • Can I book several parking spaces at once?

    Yes – after every booking you have the possibility to book another parking space.

  • What is the rental price for a parking space?

    Our price is unbeatable: € 5,99/day. When transferring to the Airport you can choose between two different variants. You can book our comfortable Parktiger Shuttle directly when making the reservation on our homepage. When taking the commuter train you can buy the ticket in advance online or directly at the vending machine at the train station.

  • When will my credit card, my bank account or similar be charged when I make a booking?

    When a booking is triggered, your account, PayPal account or credit card will be charged shortly after.
