Payment, bills and refunds

1. Payment

After you entered all data for a new booking, you will be taken to the payment page. Payments are possible with credit card, Paypal or Sofort. A cash payment on site is not possible.

2. Bills

After the successful payment we will send you a confirmation email containing a copy of the invoice. If no email has arrived, please contact us: support@parktiger.at

3. Refunds

If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, you will receive the full amount refunded. For cancellations at short notice we have to keep 100% of the parking fee.
